2. From the pleadings and materials on record, the Court finds that the order dated 23.04.2015 passed in CWJC No. 1174 of 2015, has been complied with.

3. In the aforesaid background, nothing remains and the application stand disposed off.

4. The Court would only observe that the decision of the District Magistrate, Rohtas to restore the water body shall be taken to its logical conclusion by actually implementing the order within a reasonable period of time.
