JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-07-2020 The present writ petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

Nobody appears for the petitioner, however, Sri Arun Kumar Arun, the learned counsel for the Accountant General and Md. Iqbal Asif Niazi (AC to GP-5), the learned counsel for the State have appeared.

The only grievance of the petitioner is with regard to non-payment of the outstanding dues of

Patna High Court CWJC No.11771 of 2017(4) dt.07-07-2020 2/2 salary for the suspension period i.e. with effect from 5.7.2005 to 24.01.2008 of the deceased father of the petitioner.

The Respondents have filed a counter affidavit wherein it has been stated that the requisite bill bearing No. 196 of 20-21 with regard to payment of the outstanding arrears of salary of the father of the petitioner amounting to a sum of Rs. 1,14,188/- has already been submitted before the District Treasury Office, Katihar on 6.6.2020 and the same has also been paid to the petitioner through CFMS, Government of Bihar, hence, the grievances of the petitioner has stood redressed. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the Respondents-State, it appears that nothing subsists for consideration, hence, the present writ petition stands disposed of having become infructuous.
