The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 111 of 2020 registered under Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is a newly P.D.S. dealer of the Kishunpali Panchayat and who has been authorized as a licensee to distribute ration and kerosene oil. It is submitted that the present case is under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
