2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 22.11.2021 passed in A.B.P. No. 2499 of 2021, arising out of Complaint Case No. 848 of 2020 (Tr. No. 992 of 2021) by the learned Additional Sessions Judge XVI, Motihari (East Champaran).

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6547 of 2022(2) dt.04-12-2025 2/2 conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this case is disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and take steps for early disposal of the case.
