The petitioner seeks bail in Rupaspur P.S. Case No.351 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 337, 338, 307, 504, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against 38 named accused persons including the petitioner and 200-300 unknown persons of assaulting three persons with Lathi and Danda, sword and stones.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but there is general and omnibus allegation against him. Further submission is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner. It is submitted that similarly situated accused person

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6026 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 has been granted bail by this Court by order dated 13.11.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.66066 of 2019. The petitioner is in custody 04.08.2019.

Considering facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
