JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-08-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the pension and gratuity of the petitioner herein has not been revised in terms of the pay fixation made on 28.03.2016 i.e. after retirement of the petitioner herein as also as per the Finance Department resolution No. 163 dated 8.1.2016. Having regard to the nature of grievances raised in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct the petitioner to approach the respondent no.2 by filing an appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today and in case such a representation is filed by the petitioner,

Patna High Court CWJC No.11851 of 2017(5) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 the respondent no.2 shall pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
