After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pray for release of vehicle Tempoo bearing Registration No.BR-31G-7987, Chasis No.MA1ZN2GHKD1G54530, Engine No.GHD1G43990 seized in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No.292 of 2018 dated 14.09.2018 before the court below itself under Section 451 of

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.337 of 2019(2) dt.11-02-2019 2/2 the Code of Criminal Procedure.
