2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that on the alleged date and time of occurrence, while informant was returning home, in the meantime, four unidentified persons, on point of gun, snatched cash and motorcycle of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. The name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation on confessional statement of co-accused persons.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9316 of 2025(3) dt.08-07-2025 2/2 No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused person namely, Ashish Ranjan Singh has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 11.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1749 of 2025.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

Considering the aforesaid facts, and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Darbhanga in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 83 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 . (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Neha/- U T
