Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 461, 379, 411 and 413 of the Indian Penal Code.

It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co- accused and except confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Moreover, stolen idols are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of other accused.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 5.11.2015.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate
