The petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2015 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1820 of 2016 arising out of Town P.S. Case No. 979 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(2-B), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
