2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rail P.S. DBG (SMI) Case No.24 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 307, 353, 354, 393, 427, 364 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because she happens to be the Mukhiya. The accusations are general and omnibus in nature and not a single specific overt act has been attributed to the petitioner, nor recovery of any incriminating article has been made from her possession. As many as four F.I.Rs. instituted on the same day in respect of same alleged offence.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate (Railway) 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Rail P.S. DBG (SMI) Case No.24 of 2016 with condition that the petitioner will be well represented on each and every date and if she fails to appear on three consecutive dates without sufficient reason, her bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
