This application is filed for quashing the F.I.R. vide Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 119 of 2017 dated 02.07.2017 registered under section 166(A) of the Indian Penal Code by B.D.O. Ladaniya Madhubani.

The only dispute is with regard to Rs. 12500/- which has been paid by the petitioner to the B.D.O. in Court on the last date.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1459 of 2017(4) dt.19-04-2023 2/2 In view of the above, this application is allowed and F.I.R. vide Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 119 of 2017 dated 02.07.2017 is hereby quashed.
