The petitioners seek bail in Salkhua P.S. Case No. 156/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 384 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners and other accused persons came and surrounded the house of the informant. The petitioners are alleged to have demanded money but on refusal the petitioner Dilip Chaudhary is said to have abused and assaulted the informant and Bipin Chaudhary fired which hit on the left thigh of the informant. There is no allegation of firing against the petitioners. The father of the informant is an accused in a case bearing Salkhua P.S. Case No. 153/2014 registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The case was filed from the side of the petitioner. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30761 of 2015 (2) dt.14-08-2015 2/2 present case is filed only to take revenge.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 156 of 2014.
