Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-302 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. No doubt, it is a case of double murder but it appears that the alleged occurrence took place on account of petty dispute and the only allegation against the petitioner is that he instigated the other accused to open fire. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail.

Learned counsel, appearing for informant opposed the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20969 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 prayer.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jalley P.S.
