2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 932 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
3. The petitioner is accused in a complaint case, which has further been registered into an FIR and the allegation against the petitioner is of committing rape upon the victim. There is counter case also. The petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2024.
4. The alleged victim is said to have worked as a maid
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12510 of 2025(3) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 with the petitioner's family and thereafter, this case has been registered.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State and learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge (Rape & POCSO Case) District & Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari/concerned Court in connection with Motihari Town P.S.
