The petitioner is accused in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 57 of 2014, registered under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that the daughter of the informant, whose marriage was performed on 15.12.2013 with Bhado Mandal @ Sunil Mandal of village Chhoti Mohanpur and she was being tortured for demand of Rs. 2,00,000/-. The daughter of informant was taken by her husband Bhado Mandal @ Sunil Mandal and his friend Nitish Kumar on motorcycle from Mayaka for entertaining the village fare with assertion that she would return very soon, but his daughter was not sent back and

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the petitioner is not the in-laws of the deceased, daughter of the informant, rather he is friend of the petitioner and informant implicated him mere on suspicion. The petitioner is in custody since 08.10.2015. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 4th Addl. District Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Nath Nagar P.S. Case No. 57 of 2014. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
