Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 419, 420, 407, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he had taken Rs. 1500/- from 14 persons and also gave assurance to give them Rs. 95,000 to each of them and thus cheated the informant. On behalf of the petitioner it is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 29.03.2015 and charge sheet has been submitted in the case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 10,000/- in the court below which shall be subject to the final disposal of the case.

Considering eh aforesaid facts, petitioner is directed to deposit Rs. 10,000/- in the court below which shall be subject to the final disposal of the case and the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Sitamarhi P.S.
