The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have fired which did not hit the informant, but the petitioner was apprehended and he was handed over to the police. The petitioner is in jail since 07.05.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Madhepura P.S. Case No. 137 of 2015.
