The petitioner seeks bail in Alauli P.S. Case No. 103/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The informant named six persons and alleged that they made indiscriminate firing causing death of his mother Bhago Devi. During course of investigation the name of the petitioner figured, as the vehicle of the petitioner was hired by the accused persons and the petitioner also accompanied the vehicle and went to Begusarai. There is no material to show that the petitioner committed the crime. The informant made very specific allegation against six accused persons.

No.29622 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri T.K. Jha, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria, in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 103/2015.
