Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365/34, 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code Petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2018. Initially FIR was lodged with suspicion that the petitioner has kidnapped his wife and son. Thereafter, the FIR was lodged on 06.05.2018 and the dead body of the wife of the petitioner was recovered on 08.05.2018 in decomposed state. Thereafter, petitioner was apprehended and he made a confessional statement before the police while he was in police custody, wherein he admitted his guilt. There is no other material against the petitioner. Investigation of the case is complete.

No.5573 of 2019(4) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that only suspicion is there against the petitioner as well as considering the period already undergone and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwali Police Station Case No. 226 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
