Petitioners pray for bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302, 328, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons, including these petitioners, killed the sister of informant by poisoning.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that informant is not eye witness of the occurrence and petitioners have falsely been implicated in the case only because they are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. These petitioners have no motive to commit the crime. Allegations are general and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6218 of 2022(2) dt.12-05-2022 2/2 omnibus in nature and is based upon suspicion. Petitioner is in custody since 26.10.2021. Investigation is completed. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar P.S.
