2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 445/2025 for the offence registered under sections 126(2), 115(1), 117(2), 118(1), 109, 351(2), 3(5) of B.N.S. lodged on 17.06.2025 by the informant, Chandrama Yadav.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that while he was returning home, came to know about the assault that has taken place at his home. When he arrived there, the named accused persons surrounded him and thereafter,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9196 of 2026(4) dt.17-06-2026 2/3 allegation is that Ranjan Yadav assualted on the head with an iron rod. Further, Rajkumar Yadav attacked on his neck and when he tried to save himself, the left hand was fractured. The further allegation is that Virendra Yadav was assaulted by Omprakash as also Hulash Yadav on the head causing injury. Later, when Yogendra Yadav and Shiv Kumar Sachin Kumar came to rescue, they were also attacked and the allegation is that Ranjan Kumar and Rajkumar Yadav assaulted the mother of Sachin Kumar. They were taken to the hospital which followed the F.I.R.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that there is a case and counter case, both sides have suffered and the entire family members have been roped in.

In this case, case diary and the injury reports were called for by the Co-ordinate Bench and Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh, learned APP has taken this Court to the injuries suffered by the assault that took place through Ranjan Yadav and Hulash Yadav to show that the injuries on the head of Chandrama Yadav has been found to be grievous in nature whereas the injury inflicted by Hulash to Virendra has again been recorded as grievous in nature.
6. Taking into account the submissions of the parties
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9196 of 2026(4) dt.17-06-2026 3/3 as also that injuries suffered by both Chandrama Yadav and Virendra Yadav have been found to be grievous in nature, in that background, no relief can be extended to the three petitioners.
