The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the I.P.C.

Allegation is that the petitioner and others cheated to the informant as the accused persons received money from the informant to manage job for the informant. Further allegation is of issuance of forged appointment letter.

Since the informant was himself indulged in getting backdoor entry in job and petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2020, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17131 of 2021(2) dt.03-08-2021 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Sakri P.S. Case No. 44 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
