2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 323 , 341 , 506, 420, 406, 120(B), 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that petitioner refused to execute

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this false and concocted case . The dispute is purely of civil nature and no criminal offence is made out against this petitioner. The present complaint case has been lodged only with a view to pressurize and harass the petitioner to settle the civil dispute. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned in connection with JM, 1st Class, West Muzzaffarpur, in connection with Complaint Case No. 72 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2)
