The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Shahpur P.S.Case No.251 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that who happens to be father-in-law is of dowry death.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no specific allegation attributed against him and the whole family members have been made accused in this case. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4495 of 2019(2) dt.29-01-2019 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Danapur (Patna) in connection with Shahpur P.S.Case No.251 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
