The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 144/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/325/307/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties with injuries on both sides. It is further submitted that the aunt of the petitioner had filed Annexure-2 on 02.11.2019 bearing Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 146 of 2019 on the same date and the injuries which have been alleged to have been caused by the petitioner, have been found to be simple in nature and that the petitioner has got no

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 144/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
