Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.59 of 2022 registered under Sections 498(A), 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners are the relatives of co-accused Sanjeev Kumar against whom it is alleged that he established physical relationship with the victim. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

No.6221 of 2023(2) dt.22-02-2023 2/2 Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.59 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
