The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 413, 414, 212 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession six stolen mobiles were recovered. It is submitted that there is no case of theft of mobile. On the disclosure made by the petitioner, many other accused persons, namely, Sharman Manto, Sanjal Mahto, Magan Chauhan and others had been arrested and from their possession 18 mobiles are said to have been recovered. Other co-accused persons have already been enlarged on bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30291 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Mufassil P.S. Case No. 51 of 2015.
