The present application has been filed for quashing the First Information Report vide Sigori P.S. Case No. 72 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 385, 386, 353, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

From reading of the F.I.R., it appears that prima facie case is made out against the petitioner. Accordingly, this quashing petition stands dismissed.
