2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kadirganj P.S. Case No. 273 of 2024, registered for offence under Sections 111(2)(b), 111(3), 111(4) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, total 2583 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from a truck, pick-up van and motorcycle and this petitioner is alleged to have fled away alongwith other co-accused persons from the spot.

4. Petitioner has got four criminal antecedent, out of which, two are of similar nature.

5. Considering the criminal antecedent of petitioner, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
