The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

On behalf of the parties, it has been submitted that the process under Sections 82 and 83 of the Cr.P.C. has already been issued against the petitioner in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 448/2020. In the said circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.
