JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. In course of investigation of dacoity case, police came to the house of informant and made inquiry then it was detected that two SIM cards were issued using forged documents of the informant and furthermore, in the aforesaid dacoity case, it also came to light that petitioner and other accused of the aforesaid dacoity case were using the aforesaid mobile sims. It appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner in the present case. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but taking note of material available in the present case, I think it proper to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
