This writ application is filled for release of vehicle which has been seized in connection with Kazimohammadpur P.S. Case No. 500/2018 dated 27.11.2018, registered under sections 414 of Indian Penal Code and 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner may move for release of the Alto Maruti Car, bearing registration No. BR06W-6084 as per the order passed by this Court in L.P.A. No. 1647 of 2015. In case the petitioner moves an application within 30 days from today,
