The petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2019 in connection with Andharamath P.S. Case No.186 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No.2385 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner but from the motorcycle which was intercepted with illegal demand of money by the police and that the petitioner is having clean antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with
