JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 26-08-2015 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner had been rejected. By order dated 05.08.2015 a fresh report has been called for and report has been received. From perusal of the report, it is apparent that prosecution evidence has been closed and delay in disposal of the case on the part of defence and it is reported that case record was pending for defence evidence since 23.06.2015 and on 27.07.2015 last chance was given for defence evidence but no defence witness is examined as yet and trial court prayed for that trial will be likely to be concluded within one month if defence will cooperate.

Hence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. m.p.
