Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and the only material, which has come against the petitioner in the present case is that mobile phone used in the present crime is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner but it would appear from perusal of the impugned order that the aforesaid phone had been given by the petitioner to one Damodar Jha who was earlier an employee of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
