Petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Pakribrawan P.S. Case No.201 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner that he was a member of the mob who had thrown stones and bricks in the house of the informant and had abused the family members. It is further submitted that so far as allegation of firing is concerned, it is only against the coaccused Jaipal Yadav. However, no injury has been found on the

In the given facts and circumstances of the case, considering the nature of allegations, in case of arrest or surrender of the petitioner within four weeks from today let the petitioner abovenamed be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (rupees fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Pakribrawan P.S. Case No.201 of 2018 subject to the condition that petitioner shall join the investigation by reporting to the Investigating Officer within a period of two weeks from today and shall cooperate in course of investigation, failing which the Investigating Officer shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bond.
