The petitioner seeks bail in Rupaspur P.S. Case No.473 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/37(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 45 liters of illicit liquor from the house of the petitioner. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case having no criminal antecedent and he in custody since 08.11.2019. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, rather it is recovered from a house, which is in joint possession. The petitioner is ready to co-operate with the investigation.

Case No.473 of 2019 with condition that the petitioner shall co-operate with the trial/investigation, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
