====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Akorhi Gola P.S. Case No. 09 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 401, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged arm recoveries were made from the possession of the co-accused but not from the present petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 16.08.2019.

Considering the fact that no arms were recovered from the possession of the petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty
