The petitioner seeks bail in Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 187 of 2002 registered under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner along with Pramod Singh son of Pramod Singh namely Haribash Singh and Wakil Singh are named in the first information report.

Informant Lakhichand Manjhi alleged that on the order of Pramod Singh the persons sitting in the jeep fired on the head of his brother Mahendra Manjhi and Mahendra Majhi died. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Pramod Singh and Wakil Singh have already been enlarged on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30996 of 2014 (4) dt.15-01-2015 bail under section 167(2) Cr.P.C. Haribansh Singh has been enlarged on anticipatory bail by this Court. Petitioner is in jail since 01.03.2014. It is alleged that on the order of Pramod Singh the persons sitting in the jeep fired causing the death of Mahendra Manjhi but the name of the person who fired has not been disclosed.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Bagaha in Ram Nagar P.S.
