The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 467, 468, 471, 472, 420, 414, 401, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The police apprehended Mithilesh Kumar Singh, Nitish Kumar Singh, Saroj Kumar Yadav and Nawal Kumar Singh. On the disclosure of Mithilesh Kumar Singh the house of the petitioner was searched and from there master keys of the motor cycle and some parts of motor cycle were recovered. The petitioner is said to have disclosed that his son is a member of gang of Mithilesh Kumar Singh. The petitioner is in jail since 10.01.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30050 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Niraj Kishore, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Madhubani in Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 02/2015.
