JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of appropriate writs, orders or directions upon the respondents whereby and whereunder the respondents may be directed to give First A.C.P or First Financial Up Gradation in pay and it's consequential financial benefits to the petitioner w.e.f 27.12.2008 or with effect from such date from which the petitioner is entitled to,

Patna High Court CWJC No.1759 of 2022(3) dt.20-02-2024 2/3 in the Pay Scale of Rs. 2750-70-3800-754400, and, (ii) For issuance of appropriate writs, orders or directions upon the respondents to grant Second M.A.C.P. or Second Financial Up Gradation in pay and it's consequential financial benefits to the petitioner w.e.f. 27.12.2016 or with effect from such date from which the petitioner is entitled to, in Level 3 in light of the Resolution No. 3590 dated 24.05.17 issued by the Finance Department, Government of Bihar (Seventh Pay Revision). "

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to stated that in case the appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner before the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi, within a period of two weeks from today, appropriate decision shall be taken thereon and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, in

Patna High Court CWJC No.1759 of 2022(3) dt.20-02-2024 3/3 accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
