The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the deceased made allegation that his daughter was married to Ranjit Chaudhary four years ago and the accused persons subjected his daughter to physical and mental torture due to which his daughter fell ill and died. Petitioner is the brother-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
