12.08.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in S.Tr. No. 57 of 2013 arising out of Shahpur P.S. Case No. 104 of 2012 registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Additional Sessions Judge-1, Danapur, Patna.

Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party and for which reason he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of

No.30651 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 this order, to the Sr. Superintendent of Police, Patna, and the Superintendent of Police, Patna is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
