Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The allegation against petitioner is that he along with others, assaulted the informant and injured, Sanjay Rai. There is case and counter case between the parties and persons from both sides sustained simple as well as grievous injuries. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused namely, Parshuram Rai has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten
