JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 It appears that in order dated 03.02.2020, instead of condition that "in the event, the petitioner is found involved in similar case in future, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel his bail bonds in the instant case," and the word "in future" is left to be typed.

The same may be read as "in the event, the petitioner is found involved in similar case in future, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel his bail bonds in the instant case." The question of cancellation of bail bonds arises after release and not before release of the accused. The order dated 03.02.2020 is modified to the extent mentioned above.
