2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No.158 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as he is in no way connected to the alleged offence. He was earlier made accused in Sheopur P.S. Case No.152 of 2014 under Section 387 I.P.C. and only as a fall out, he has been made accused in the present case. The petitioner was granted bail in the earlier case by this Court.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22063 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No.158 of 2014.
