Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384,420,467,468,471/34 of the IPC.

Allegation in the FIR is that named accused persons including the petitioner were issuing fake pollution free certificate to the vehicles causing loss of revenue and ensuring damage to the environment.

Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 03.12.2020. He was simply an agent of the main accused who pretended that he had obtained licence for pollution test and grant of certificate.

No.15939 of 2021(2) dt.13-07-2021 2/2 Considering the submission aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Daudnagar Police Station Case No.434 of 2020, G.R.No.1006 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
