ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 10-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. This revision application has been filed for setting aside the Judgment and order dated 27.4.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Gaya, in Cr. Revision No. 70 of 2014, by which he has affirmed the order dated 5.8.2014 passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner in Complaint Case No. 515 of 2009.
Considering the impugned order, I do not find any reason for interference.
However, in view of the period of custody already undergone by the Petitioner, the sentence is reduced to one already
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.559 of 2015 dt.10-09-2015 2/2 undergone by him.
With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the application stands dismissed.
