2. The petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2014 in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 361 of 2013 for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 326 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated pursuant to a dispute relating to construction by the side of the temple. The petitioner is said to have fired on the thigh of the informant and his case stands on better footing than coaccused Dinesh Singh who has been attributed to firing on the chest of the informant and has been enlarged on bail in Cr. Misc. No. 8776 of 2015.

4. In the aforesaid facts let the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21914 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-III, Danapur, Patna, in connection with S. T. No. 138 of 2015 arising out of Paliganj P.S. Case No. 361 of 2013 with additional condition that the petitioner will be well physically present on each and every date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail bonds will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
